August has been "construction" month in Nobleton; but even though the roads
have been a mess, we still had a successful tribute to Jeff Healey.
Thanks to everyone who helped and to all the guests who came out to support.
September is harvest month, warm days and cool nights; the changing
of the leaves and, of course, the bounty of the Autumn harvest.

We have done many Chilean wine dinners over the years and we know what a
great bargain Chilean wine is. There is an excellent variety in the LCBO
stores and we have out familiar favourites. For this tasting we will
concentrate on higher end Vintages products and
consignment wines.

Italian Wine Tasting Dinner
Tuesday, September 23rd 7 pm
This is an "Agents" dinner, LaCantina Imports, who specialize in higher end, smaller wineries in Italy; Angelo Agostino will be our host speaker. He will be able to tell you about the individuals that make the wine you are tasting and about making wine in Italy. For this tasting we will be concentrating more on Northern Italy, Friuli, Peidmont, Asti, with a little Tuscany in the mix. Daniel will prepare an Italian menu to accompany the wines.Menu
